Our homes can be added onto at anytime, making them flexible to grow with you. We use NZ sustainable building materials where possible, along with tried and tested craftsmanship to ensure each home is a true piece of art.

We are conscious of making affordable homes that are built with quality in mind.
At Modubuild we don’t take our environmental responsibility lightly, nor do we take our responsibility to provide you with beautiful, low impact, high performing homes lightly. Modubuild believes in the power of high performing, healthy, sustainable spaces and the positive impact these have on our daily lives and the land we are custodians of.
Modubuild believes in building space + material conscious homes. Modubuild don’t do big spaces for the sake of it. Instead they craft modular homes that will grow with you, ensuring your home is resilient & small in it’s footprint.
