The easy Modubuild process

From our environmentally controlled factory manufacturing to the efficient design, we've streamlined the process, reducing the barriers of traditional building. 

1. Get in touch

We’ll reply with details and questions about your vision. We’ll set up a face-to-face meeting or a video call to discuss floor plans, specs and all the beautiful details.

2. Sign contract

When you sign a contract pay 10% payment to secure build slot. Finalise options and floor plan. Complete council plans

3. Start production

40% payment on start of production. Production time varies on size of space and spec chosen. Ranging from 6 to 16 weeks. Visit your modular home during production to see it come to life

4. Shipping booked

30% payment 2 weeks prior to shipment date. Shipped and delivered to site. Modules secured together and finished on the joins. 20% final payment.
